I would like to post my first entry with something that resembles my own name - JJ Cakes!

JJ swiss rolls come in a variety of flavour:

I have tried a few varieties - banana cream cheese, fresh durian, fresh strawberry, butter cream (pandan), and love them very much! Next time I am going to try chestnut puree, coffee walnut and black sesame.

The swiss rolls are XL size if compared to ordinary swiss rolls sold in bakery.

Ohya, keep the receipts, because for every 5 swiss rolls that you buy, you will get 1 free =D

However one can tell that food colouring was used to give the green "pandan" colour for the butter cream pandan flavour, on top of that, the swiss rolls do not have the pandan fragrance, though the butter cream actually taste good.

The swiss rolls should be kept refrigerated and finished within 3 days (no preservatives are added).
